How to deposit a check in Zil?
- Log in to your Zil Banking account using your username and password. Once logged in, navigate to the "Accounts". Select the specific account where you want to deposit the check. Click on the account name. Look for the "Receive" button. Click on it to initiate the check deposit process.
- A list of payers or clients will be displayed. If the payer or client you want to deposit the check from is already listed, select their information from the list. If the payer/client is not listed, click on the "Add client/Payer" button to enter their details into the system. After selecting the payer or adding their information, locate and click on the "Check Deposit" button to proceed.
- You will be prompted to enter the amount written on the check. Type in the correct amount in the designated field. Next, you will need to upload images of the front and back of the check. Make sure you have a clear photo or scan of both sides of the check saved on your computer. Double-check that the check amount and uploaded images are accurate and match the physical check. Once everything is confirmed, locate the "Send" button. Click on it to submit the check deposit.
- The web app will process your deposit request. Take note of any provided information for future reference. After submitting the check deposit, wait for the platform to process the transaction. The processing time may vary depending on the banking's policies and procedures.
